Conditions of sale

1.– Products

All products sold on ecommerce.solventoenergy are subject to possible variations of prices and characteristics without prior notice unless the prices have been agreed in a framework agreement or similar. In the event that prices are agreed in a framework agreement, price changes can only be made in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in that specific agreement.

Solvento Energy accepts no liability in the event of pricing errors or any loss arising therefrom. Solvento Energy reserves the right to refuse an order based on incorrect prices.

2.- Prices

The prices shown on our website do not include VAT and shipping costs.

3. Shipping conditions:

Delivery times vary, depending on the products purchased. In each case, please contact Solvento Energy to confirm the availability and delivery times for each product, we cannot guarantee these delivery times, although we try to make sure that the transport companies meet them whenever possible.
An order will be considered delivered when the delivery receipt is signed by the customer. Once received we ask you to check the integrity of all the components of the order and to verify that everything that should be included in the products included. After 24 hours the shipment will be considered as accepted and no claims will be accepted for damages or failures with the shipment.
In case of receiving a product damaged by transport you should contact us indicating the order number and the problem. This way we will be able to claim to the transport company. Once received the incident will be processed a new shipment if required by your case.

4. Returns

You have 7 working days from receipt of the goods to return the products (Article 44 of Law 7/1996 of January 15, 1996 on the Regulation of retail trade amended by Law 47/2002 of December 19, 2002).

No return will be admitted without prior acceptance by Solvento Servicios SL. The return of the products will always be with its original packaging and with postage paid. The refund of the purchase will be made once the merchandise is in our warehouses and has been verified.

5. Warranty

All products have the manufacturer’s warranty. In case of failure, we will go to the official technical service of the brand. Any manipulation or repair carried out by unauthorized personnel will invalidate the warranty.
